Financial Hardship  

Experiencing financial difficulty?

Investec Bank (Australia) Limited has committed to the principles of the financial hardship plan issued by the Federal Government. These principles apply to certain consumer credit code contracts distributed by Investec Experien Pty Ltd (Investec Experien). If your personal circumstances have changed to the extent that you are unable to meet your payments then you may apply for relief on financial hardship grounds.

Financial Hardship circumstances may include:

  • Injury or illness
  • Unemployment / redundancy
  • Business failure
  • Pregnancy
  • Death of partner
  • Divorce or family circumstances
  • Natural disaster

Investec Experien will make an assessment of your personal circumstances to assist in identifying alternative arrangements. Any change in arrangement will be agreed and formally documented.
