Experien Property Mortgage Review Promotion, Terms & Conditions:
1. Promotion is open to all medical and accounting professionals, Australia wide.
2. Promotion commences on 1 November 2008 and closes 11:59pm AEST on 28 February 2009. The prize winner will be drawn on 10 March 2009 at Experien Finance, Level 4, 118 Mount Street, North Sydney NSW 2060.
3. Appointments must be booked and carried out with an Experien Residential Mortgage consultant between 1 November 2008 and 28 February 2009. Only one entry per person permitted.
4. This is a game of chance. The winner will be drawn manually via random selection.
5. The total retail value of prizes does not exceed $2,000. Prize includes economy airfares and two nights’ accommodation including breakfast for two people, within Australia to a maximum retail value of $2,000. Flights and accommodation bookings will be carried out by an Experien representative. Prize must be redeemed by 31 December 2009.
6. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other offer. No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected mail. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Unclaimed prizes will be redrawn on 8 June 2009.
7. The winner will be notified by phone and advertised in The Australian on 16 March 2009.
